Naomi Levi Garcia joined the firm in 2024 following more than a decade of public service as a leading local government attorney and government affairs professional. She has extensive experience in all areas of municipal law and is board certified by the Florida Bar in City, County and Local Government Law. Naomi brings a strategic advantage to the firm and translates skills gained representing organizational employers into success for clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters, ranging from collective bargaining disputes to Title VII claims and everything in between. Naomi leads the firm’s local government practice and has a proven track record in federal, state, and local government affairs. She’s responsible for securing tens of millions of dollars in direct funding for clients and community projects, achieving a myriad of policy goals in hostile legislative environments, and has represented some of South Florida’s most prominent municipalities. Equipped with years of experience and insider knowledge, Naomi ably guides clients through compliance matters before state and local regulatory departments, development reviews and approvals, variances, and code enforcement matters.
Naomi is a Miami native, die-hard Seminole fan, and proud product of Miami-Dade County Public Schools. She currently lives in Coconut Grove with her husband and three children.
