Following law school, Mr. Ramhofer pursued his passion for litigation when he joined a large insurance defense law firm. There, he represented insurance companies, corporations, and governmental entities in all stages of workers' compensation litigation. While practicing insurance defense, Mr. Ramhofer witnessed the injustice and hardship that employees face when confronted with the workers' compensation system. Mr. Ramhofer ultimately decided it would be more rewarding to utilize his passion and knowledge of the workers' compensation system for the benefit of injured workers. He has successfully tried numerous workers’ compensation claims through trial and through appeals before the First District Court of Appeals and the Florida Supreme Court. Mr. Ramhofer has also lectured on various matters including workers' compensation jurisprudence and trial strategy, and proudly serves as an adjunct lecturer at Florida International University College of Law.
