W. Clint Moore was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. He graduated from Florida State University in 2009 and then from Florida International University’s College of Law in 2013. While in law school, Mr. Moore discovered his passion for advocacy. He earned top marks in courses like Pre-Trial Practice, tried cases as a Certified Legal Intern, was a member of the Investor Advocacy Clinic and clerked for a boutique litigation firm. Rather than pursue lucrative private sector jobs, Mr. Moore answered the call to public service and accepted a position as an Assistant Public Defender at the nationally renowned Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office. He has since handled hundreds of felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases and conducted over 20 jury trials. Mr. Moore developed a reputation for aggressive representation that resulted in victories at trial, outright dismissals of charges and favorable plea deals.
As a front-line litigator at the Public Defender’s Office, he witnessed profound injustice in the criminal justice system. Driven by his desire to remedy these injustices, Mr. Moore founded RGM Law to defend those accused of crimes and to protect and vindicate the civil rights of his fellow citizens.
